Blowing dust has closed Interstate 10 in both directions between US 191 in southeastern Arizona and Lordsburg, New Mexico, according to the Arizona Department of Transportation. The eastbound closure in Arizona begins at US 191, which is at milepost 253.
A roughly 100-mile-long detour has been established on US 191 and US 70, allowing drivers to reach I-10 in Lordsburg. There is no estimated time to reopen I-10.
