The American Red Cross is partnering with Fry’s Food Stores in Arizona to aid victims of the Goodwin Fire near Prescott and other wildfires.
Fry's customers can make coin canister donations now through July 31 to the Red Cross as they check out at any register at Fry’s Food Stores locations statewide. All proceeds will benefit the disaster relief efforts of our local Arizona chapters. In addition to collecting donations, Fry’s is providing $10,000 in supplies for personal care items given to those displaced by wildfires.
The Slide Fire Incident Management Team (IMT), Coconino County and multiple other agencies encourage the public and businesses wishing to support efforts to battle the fire to make financial donations or volunteer at local non-profit organizations.
IMT and all agencies involved with the Slide Fire express their sincere appreciation for donations of material items (food, water, socks, etc.), which were received in support of firefighters and impacted community members.
The Incident Management Team (IMT) wishes to express its sincere thanks for donations received, but ask that future donations be made to charities like United Way, the American Red Cross, The Salvation Army, Coconino or Yavapai search and rescue,
