Recipe Ingredients

1 can black beans
1 can of chickpeas
1 can corn
1 can diced tomatoes
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1/2 cup olive oil
1 tsp. each of garlic powder, onion powder and cumin powder
2 dashes of chili powder
1 packet of crystalized lemon such as True lemonĀ®

Directions

Drain all can goods and place in medium size mixing bowl. Add the remaining ingredients to bowl mix well to coat.
Serve with your favorite chip, pretzel or cracker.
