Chia Seeds

Tang

Evaporated milk
sweetened condensed milk

Directions

Bring 1 1/2 cups water to a boil, add 1 cup diced dried fruit, and 2 tsp of Tang powder (I used orange pineapple flavor). Add 1 tbsp honey and 1 tsp of cinnamon to the boiling mixture.
In a separate bowl put 1/4 cup of Chia seeds and 1 cup of evaporated milk, and 1/4 cup of sweetened condensed milk.
Stir frequently to keep Chia seeds from clumping.
Drain water from dried fruit into the Chia Seeds bowl and continue to stir frequently.
After mixture is thick (about consistency of cream of wheat) - about 15 minutes, dish out servings and spoon diced fruit on top.
Serve warm.
