  • Graham and Greenlee Counties from 8/14/19 10 AM to 8/15/19 8 PM
  • *Gila, La Paz, Maricopa, Pinal, and Yuma Counties from 8/13/19 10 AM to 8/16/19 8 PM
  • Mohave County from 8/14/19 8 AM to 8/16/19 8 PM
  • *Pima County from 8/14/19 10 AM to 8/16/19 8 PM

National Weather Service has issued an Excessive Heat Warning for Gila, La Paz, Maricopa, Pinal, and Yuma Counties from 8/13/19 10 AM to 8/15/19 8 PM and Graham, Greenlee, and Pima Counties from 8/14/19 10 AM to 8/15/19 8 PM

Newly Added: 

Mohave County from 8/14/19 8 AM to 8/16/19 8 PM

Daytime highs are expected to be in the 104 to 118 degrees Fahrenheit range. Residents are advised to stay cool, stay hydrated, and stay informed.

National Weather Service has issued an Excessive Heat Warning for Gila, La Paz, Maricopa, Mohave, and Yuma Counties from 8/3 10 AM to 8/5 8PM.

Daytime highs are expected to be in the 105-114 degrees Fahrenheit range and overnight lows in the mid to upper 80s. Residents are advised to stay cool, stay hydrated, and stay informed.

Precautions to prevent heat exhaustion or heat stroke:

The Bureau of Land Management Colorado River District has been in fire restrictions in order to reduce the risk of wildfire on public lands managed by the BLM Kingman, Lake Havasu and Yuma Field Offices, which includes portions of Mohave, La Paz, Yuma and Yavapai counties. These restrictions remain in effect to limit activities that have the potential to start a fire.
