1 15-oz can garbanzo beans, drained, liquid reserved
1 Tbsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. olive oil
Directions
Combine the garbanzo beans, garlic, cumin, salt and olive oil. With a fork mash the beans until most large chunks are gone.
Gradually add reserved bean liquid. Use a hand whisk to blend the mixture until the desired consistency is achieved.
