Tuna Fish & Chips Casserole

2 or 3 cans of tuna, packed in water
1 package of instant Ramen noodles, any flavor
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1 medium or large bag of sour cream and onion or regular potato chips
1 can of sweet peas or green beans
Garlic powder or seasoning of your choice
Salt and pepper
Empty the tuna into a medium or large bowl. Mash or break apart the tuna chunks
Mix in the cream of mushroom soup and your dry seasoning(s). Use as little or as much soup as you would like.
In a medium sauce pan bring 3 cups of water to a boil. Cook the Ramen noodles for about 5 minutes or until noodles are soft. If your in a power outage and your stove is electric you can omit this ingredient. Drain water and set aside.
Transfer the tuna mix to a pan or serving dish. Fold in the Ramen noodles, pepper, salt and your drained sweet peas. Top with crushed plain or sour cream and onion potato chips.
Serve and enjoy.
All of the ingredients in this dish are considered nonperishable because they have a long shelf life if unopened. Note that tuna fish spoils after a few hours if not refrigerated. Dispose of any leftovers if they are not placed in refrigeration within 2 hours.
