Dalgona Coffee

Boil water. Either use an electric kettle or a good old fashioned tin can over a fire depending on how bad the emergency situation is! Mix the sugar, boiling water, and instant coffee in a bowl. Whisk until light and fluffy. Color should turn from a dark brown to a light tan. If electricity is a thing in the apocalypse, an electric mixer will finish in approximately 2 minutes. If the EMPs have hit, a hand whisk will have the mixture at this consistency in 7-10 minutes depending on arm strength and stamina. Once the mixture has attained the desired fluffiness, fill a cup with a few ice cubes and some milk (cow milk or any other milk that still exists). Spoon the coffee mixture on top of the milk. Take a few pictures for Instagram if that still exists. If it does not, draw a picture of your creation on the wall of the cave that you live in and show it to your neighbors. Stir before consuming.
