Lighten the mood during an emergency with a delicious Thai inspired bean salad!

Recipe Ingredients: 
  • 1 can of green beans
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt (or 1 garlic clove if you have one)
  • 1.5 teaspoons of fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar
  • Juice from a lime (if you're lucky enough to have a ripe one)
  • Dash of cayenne pepper or sriracha sauce
  • Crushed peanuts (FEATURED INGREDIENT)
Directions: 
  1. Open can of green beans and strain, then put green beans in a bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix together soy suace, garlic (salt), fish sauce, rice vinegar, lime juice (if available), and cayenne/sriracha.
  3. Pour sauce over green beans. Adjust taste to preferences.
  4. Sprinkle with crushed peanuts.
