This is a simple backpacking recipe I've used over the years, and most ingredients can be found in your pantry or stocked up ahead of time
Per person 1 can of mushroom soup 1 tin of cooked chicken 1 boil a bag of rice 1 can of mixed vegetables Seasoning as desired or on hand
In a small pot of water, boil one bag of rice In that same pot of water, heat the mushroom soup and vegetables in their cans (break seal to prevent cans from bursting while getting heated) Drain rice, tin of chicken and can of vegetables and combine with mushroom soup and season to taste.
This meal is designed to be easy to cook and clean up. The same pot you cook the rice in and heat the mushroom soup and vegetables in can be the same one you eat it from. That just leaves you one total pot and spoon to clean up after you are done eating.
