Bean, Pea & Corn Salad

Delicious protein without the meat and easy!

Recipe Ingredients: 
  • 1 can black beans
  • 1 can of chickpeas
  • 1 can corn
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 tsp. each of garlic powder, onion powder and cumin powder
  • 2 dashes of chili powder
  • 1 packet of crystalized lemon such as True lemon®
Directions: 
  1. Drain all can goods and place in medium size mixing bowl. Add the remaining ingredients to bowl mix well to coat.
  2. Serve with your favorite chip, pretzel or cracker.
Cooking Tips: 

The crystallized lemon really makes this taste fresh!
