Colorful cold salad or room temperature/heated side dish
Recipe Ingredients:
1 Can Whole Kernel Corn
I small can green chillies
1 can black beans
Directions:
Open Corn, drain, reserve liquid for use later in the day (ex ramen).
Open black beans, drain and rinse if water abundant.
Open green chillies.
Place all ingredients in a bowl, stir to mix. can be eaten cold, warm, room temp, in a burito, canned meat could be added as well as pimentoes, rice or left over pasta.
Cooking Tips:
Draining and rinsing the black beans only affects the asthetics of the dish, not necessary if not practical
