Choco-Crispy Bites

An easy-to-prepare snack made with dark chocolate, instant Ramen noodles and other nonperishables from your kit and/or pantry.

Recipe Ingredients: 
  • 1 1/4 cup dark chocolate morsels (or dark chocolate bar)
  • 1 1/4 cup dry roasted peanuts
  • 1 package of Ramen Noodles, broken into small pieces
  • 2 cups of crispy rice or another favorite dry cereal
Directions: 
  1. 1.Melt the dark chocolate over a double boiler. Once the chocolate is melted, stir the remaining ingredients into the chocolate until well coated.
  2. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet covered with foil or parchment paper.
  3. Let cool and serve.
Cooking Tips: 

Buy a brand of Ramen noodles that package the seasons seperately. Discard the seasoning packet or save for another use.
