Even Clara Barton needed a late-night snack while she was wrangling the American Red Cross into existence. This little treat could be made from the "stores" of food donated by her supporters.
Recipe Ingredients:
1 can diced peaches
1 cup apple juice
2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
6 graham crackers
1/4 cup granola
Directions:
Pour apple juice over one can of diced peaches.
Stir in 1T of cinnamon.
Let the mixture sit while you use your hand-cranked Red Cross phone charger to power your smart phone.
Coarsely crush six whole graham crackers and add 1T of cinnamon.
Use the mixture to build a base (about 2 inches deep) in a Red Cross coffee mug.
Pour the apple juice/cinnamon/peach mixture into the mug, covering the cracker base.
