"Don't Panic" Peach Salsa

The simple salsa hits sweet and savory notes. Chopped red onion brings welcome brightness to this entirely nonperishable recipes.

Recipe Ingredients: 
  • 1 14-oz. can peach slices
  • 1/8 chopped red onion
  • 1 tsp. chopped cilantro
  • 1/2 lime, juiced
  • 1/2 tsp. granulated white sugar
  • Graham crackers
Directions: 
  1. Drain and dice the canned peaches. Combine with chopped red onion, chopped cilantro, lime juice and sugar.
  2. Set mixture aside (in a cool place if possible) for 30 minutes.
  3. Serve with graham crackers.
