Simple recipes that uses three of the Featured Ingredients.
Recipe Ingredients:
Pancake batter
2 1/3 cups of Bisquick
1/3 cup of canned pumpkin
1/2 cup of unsweetened applesauce
1/2 tsp. of baking powder
1 ¼ cups almond milk
2 Tbsp. sugar
Butter
Dark chocolate syrup
2 oz. dark chocolate
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 dash salt
3/4 cup water
Directions:
Syrup
1. Add sugar, vanilla, salt, water and chocolate to saucepan. Bring to boil
2. Stir until syrup thickens.
3. Remove from heat to cool.
Pancake
1. Mix all ingredients in medium bowl using; whisk until blended.
2. Heat griddle over medium heat.
3. Grease pan with butter.
4. Pour ¼ cup of batter for each pancake.
5. Cook for 3-4 minutes on first side. Flip and cook other side until golden brown (1-2 minutes)
Serve pancakes with a drizzle of dark chocolate syrup
