This recipe for an easy bean salad includes black, garbanzo and white chili beans.
Recipe Ingredients:
1 can each (16 oz) black beans, garbanzo beans and white chili beans
1/2 cup of cilantro or dried cilantro
1 onion or 1 cup of dried onion
Chili powder to taste
Salt & pepper to taste
Directions:
Rinse all 3 cans of beans and put in bowl or container.
Add cilantro, onion, chili powder, salt & pepper.
Stir and eat within 3 days.
