Dark chocolate fudge with a peanut butter drizzle.

Recipe Ingredients:
  • 1 bag of dark chocolate chips
  • 1 small can of condensed sweetened cream
  • 3 Tbsp. peanut butter
  • powdered sugar
Directions:
  1. Add the dark chocolate chips and sweetened cream to a bowl. Melt the chips over a double boiler.
  2. Spread the melted chocolate into an 8x8 pan. Let the chocolate chill until firm in a freezer (run on a generator) or a cooler filled with dry ice for about an hour.
  3. Put the peanut butter in a piping bag or a sandwich bag with the corner cut off. Pipe the peanut butter onto the fudge.
  4. Sprinkle with powdered sugar to taste.
Cooking Tips:

A double-boiler on the stove works, too. You can add fruits or nuts to make variations.
