A deconstructed but divine version of our favorite comfort food and Vietnamese soup!
1 can Veg-All mixed vegetables
1 can chickpeas (garbanzo beans)
1 package Oriental-flavor Ramen noodles
2 cups water
Open cans of mixed vegetables and chickpeas and drain the extra fluid.
Heat two cups water over a fire or a camp stove until boiling. Add vegetables and chickpeas and return to a boil.
Add noodles. Boil for 3 minutes. Add contents of seasoning packet.
Remove from heat and enjoy!
Feel free to add whatever canned vegetables from your emergency storage you enjoy most! I like my janky pho with some canned jalapeños, mushrooms, and extra peas! Hot sauce can be a great addition to add some flavor as well!
