This recipe uses two Featured Ingridents: dried fruit and honey

Recipe Ingredients: 
  • 1 cup powdered milk
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 cup Quaker Oats
  • 2 Tsp dried gogi berries
  • 3 Tsp dried blueberries
  • 1/2 cup crushed pecans
  • 2 Tsp spoons honey
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
Directions: 
  1. Combine powdered milk and water in a 4 quart sauce pan, and whisk thoroughly to remove lumps.
  2. Add oats, fruit and nuts, and cook until mixture thickens to your desired consistency.
  3.  When finished cooking, stir in honey and sprinkle with cinnamon.
