Peach cobbler made with cookie mixture. How bad could it be?

Recipe Ingredients:
  • 2 cans harvest blend peaches (has cinnamon and nutmeg)
  • 1 package sugar or peanut butter cookie mix
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 package Dream Whip®
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 can lowfat evaporated milk
Directions:
  1. Drain peaches. Use paper towel to remove excess moisture. Put peaches in round metal pan.
  2. In a bowl, combine cookie mix with water and oil.
  3. Put teaspoon sized scoops of cookie mix on top of peaches. Cover with foil. Adhere foil tightly to sides, but allow room for mixture to rise.
  4. Cook over burner on medium heat until cookie dough is golden (approximately 20-30 minutes).
  5. Make Dream Whip® with vanilla extract and evaporated milk.
Cooking Tips:

The key is creating an oven with the foil tent.
