The family needs a bit of comfort in a disaster, and what better way to provide it but with a scrumptious desert.

Recipe Ingredients:
  • 1 pack instant Ramen noodles
  • 1 can pumpkin
  • 8 oz. cream cheese powder
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 bar dark chocolate
Directions:
  1. Crush Ramen noodles in blender to a fine powder and spread in bottom of cheesecake pan (greased with cooking spray)
  2. Melt dark chocolate in almond milk and pour over top the Ramen.
  3. Blend pumpkin, cream cheese powder and ½ cup almond milk.
  4. Fill pie plate with mixture and place in a freezer (run on a generator) or a cooler filled with dry ice to set for ½ hour.
