Pumpkin pie

Recipe Ingredients: 
  • 1 16-oz can pumpkin
  • 1 12-oz can almond milk
  • 2 eggs, powdered*
  • 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 premade pie shell
Directions: 
  1. Preheat your oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Pour into pie shell.
  3. Bake for 15 minutes at 425 degrees then reduce the temperature to 350 heat and bake for another 35 to 40 minutes.
Cooking Tips: 

*a medium egg equals 1 Tbsp. of powdered eggs mixed with 2 Tbsp. of water. A large egg is equal to 2 Tbsp. pf egg powder mixed with 1/4 cup of water.
