Spicy Chicken and Corn Chili

Recipe Ingredients: 
  • 3 5 oz cans of chicken drained
  • 11 oz can Mexican style corn drained
  • 15 oz can pinto beans drained and rinsed
  • 4 oz green chiles drained and chopped
  • 16 oz jar mild salsa
  • 2 t garlic powder
  • 1 t ground cumin
  • 1 T chili powder
  • ½ t dried oregano
  • ½ t cayenne pepper
  • ½ t salt
  • ¼ t ground black pepper
  • Crushed corn chips as topping for serving-optional
Directions: 
  1. Combine all ingredients in Dutch oven or large skillet.
  2. Stir occasionally until heated through.
