Spicy Chicken and Corn Chili
- 3 5 oz cans of chicken drained
- 11 oz can Mexican style corn drained
- 15 oz can pinto beans drained and rinsed
- 4 oz green chilies drained and chopped
- 16 oz jar mild salsa
- 2 t garlic powder
- 1 t ground cumin
- 1 T chili powder
- ½ t dried oregano
- ½ t cayenne pepper
- ½ t salt
- ¼ t ground black pepper
- Crushed corn chips as topping for serving-optional
- Combine all ingredients in Dutch oven or large skillet.
- Stir occasionally until heated through.
