1 small box Cracker Jack (slightly crush the popcorn and peanuts)
1/2 cup unsalted peanuts (chopped or crushed)
1 can sweet potatoes or yams
1 tsp cinammon
1 tsp nutmeg
1/2 cup brown sugar (Optional)
Directions:
Drain sweet potatoes and put in a large bowl. Slightly smash the potatoes to desired consistency.
Add sugar, cinammon, nutmeg, brown sugar, and peanuts.
Grease a casserole dish. Put sweet potato mixture in the casserole dish.
Bake in a 375 degree oven for about 30 minutes until potatoes are heated through.
Cooking Tips:
Be sure to remove the prize from the cracker jack box. Peanuts and Cracker Jack can be crused with can of sweet potatoes before emptying or with a rolling pin. Place them in a place bag to make it less messy.
