Lakeside Ranger District Plans Prescribed Burn within Woodland Lake Park located within the Town of Pinetop-Lakeside

The Lakeside Ranger District on the Apache-Sitgreaves National Forests is planning to proceed with burning within Woodland Lake Park, to the southwest of the Town of Pinetop-Lakeside.

Apache-Sitgreaves National Forests planning prescribed burns over the next two weeks

Multiple districts on the Apache-Sitgreaves National Forests are planning prescribed burns over the next two weeks (November 15th – December 1st). Prescription burn projects are being planned for the following locations:

Springerville Ranger District

·Cerro Trigo Rx Project, location is West of County Road 1323 and East of Whiting Homestead.

·404 Rx Project, location is South of FR 404 West of FR 61, North of FR 64A.
